Flexible foams are one of the main polyurethane products and are one of the markets for which FLEXPUR decided to develop products from its early years, starting with pre-polymers intended for agglomeration of the waste generated in the production process. Over the years, other products used in the various processes of the flexible foam processing industry have been addressed, namely polyurethane and polychloroprene adhesives.

Out of the knowledge of the products used for foam bonding, FLEXPUR has developed different adhesives for different applications such as the bonding of foam parts by rolls or spray or the bonding of blocks in the process of cylinder production on Looper machines. As a result of the conditions and requirements of each process, there are solutions based on different chemical technologies, among them polyurethane or polychloroprene adhesives.
